11:30 am - Lunch. All that learning works up an appetite!
12:30 pm - Let the building commence! The group will participate in working on an off-grid project to be determined by the group's interests. Options may include: building a slow sand bio filter for potable water, an earthen oven from local sand and clay, structures for wood storage, organic garden maintenance, etc.
5:00 - Down time. You're in one of the most beautiful spots on Earth, it would be a shame if you didn't have a chance to enjoy it. We've got canoes, kayaks, and inflatables for you to enjoy on the lake. Live it up.
