Lakefront Campsite Rental
All packages include:
- Exclusive use of the only campsite on the lake
- Transportation to and from parking at Ess Narrows Landing
- 3 large level tent platforms with camping gear
(Including tent, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, pillows and extra blankets)
- All of your responsibly harvested firewood
- Day use of canoes and kayaks
- Large deck overlooking the lake with a floating dock
- Picnic table
- Filtered drinking water
- Extensive covered outdoor kitchen including all cookware and
dinner ware, a propane stove and fuel, metal sink, running water, coolers, and plenty of storage space
- Shower enclosure with solar-heated water and biodegradable soap provided
Base Price
3 Days, 2 Nights for $185 per adult
Additional Nights $85 per adult
For those who feel comfortable and competent in the wilderness,
our base price covers all facilities listed above while guests provide and prepare their own food.
Guides are on call for assistance if needed.

Two hours of axe throwing, including instructional lesson for those new to the sport.

Off-Grid Learning
Full Day Learning - $45 per adult
A full day of hands-on learning including tours of three tiny houses in various stages of construction. Topics include: wiring solar power systems; pump, store, heat, and filter water without electricity or gasoline; constructing a super efficient wood stove (rocket mass heater) from natural materials; making a solar dehydrator; building a self-watering garden, and much more!
Off-Grid Homestead Tour - $20 per person
Get up close and personal with our tiny house and all of its systems. This guided tour can last up to two hours and is tailored to your interests.
Full Day Learning - $45 per adult
A full day of hands-on learning including tours of three tiny houses in various stages of construction. Experience the beautiful Canadian Shield on a loop trip from your camp around through the neighbouring lakes. Guides will accompany you to point out the sights and portage the canoes. Add $10 per person for a packed lunch.
Fishing Expeditions
Guided Day Trip - $40 per person; $20 per child
Our guide will take you out to the best spots, portage your boats and even fillet your fish if needed! Add $10 per person for a packed lunch.

Sit back, relax and let us take care of you!
We work with all guests to choose your own menu in advance. Our guides supply and cook the food, plus clean up afterwards. We can accommodate any type of dietary requirements. Price point includes meals, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages per night of your stay: lunch, dinner, and the following breakfast.
Camping Comfort Food - $110 per NIGHT, per adult ($55 per child)
All of the traditional favourites to keep you going while in the woods. Examples include: chili, burgers, bacon & eggs and of course s'mores! We work with you to build a menu that you will enjoy.
Glamping Extravaganza - $225 per NIGHT, per person ($110 per child)
An exceptional experience of all the local, organic and wild foraged foods that you could ever imagine. Examples include: local beef steak with wild mushrooms, garden grown greens with wild berry vinaigrette, charcuterie lunches with artisanal cheeses, eggs Benedict. We work with you to build a menu that will delight!

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Payment is accepted via email money transfer, Paypal, or cash.
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be made at time of booking, with the non-refundable balance to be paid 30 days previous to arrival. In the case of trips booked less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required for booking. Cancellation refunds will be made only if others book during your canceled dates.
All bookings are "rain or shine".
